Tade is responsible for the day to day running of the Vale region, looking after response repairs, including our regional surveyor, housing officers and the estates services team. She pays close attention to performance and customer satisfaction results and will be looking to continually improve the services we provide. Tade has been in housing for over 20 years and specialises in tenancy support.

Lex is an experienced surveyor and will be visiting you at home when you report things like damp or mould, or if you report complex issues that our customer care team are unable to diagnose.

Steve looks after all the operatives delivering response repairs in your home. He will also spot check repairs to make sure they have been carried out correctly.

Karl looks after our estates team - these are our estates and compliance officers and cleaners operating in communal areas. This team ensure that communal areas are well looked after and safe and they also test fire alarms in our communal areas.
