Our contact centre will be closing at 1:30pm on Tuesday 24 December for the Christmas period and re-opening at 8:30am on Thursday 2 January.

We’ll still be responding to emergency repairs over this period. To report an emergency repair, call us on 0800 358 6025.

Our Lifeline service will be operating as normal. If you have an emergency, please call the same number as above or press your pendant.

Our online help centre has lots of useful information and answers to frequently asked questions that you may find useful whilst our contact centre is closed.

For any repairs that aren’t an emergency, or anything else, please report them online using the options listed below and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible once we re-open in the new year.
