Wyvern Regional Team

Amanda is responsible for the day to day running of the Wyvern region, looking after response repairs, including our regional surveyor, housing officers and the grounds maintenance team. She pays close attention to performance and customer satisfaction results and will work with her team to continually improve the services we provide. Amanda has worked at Magna for over 20 years and has good knowledge of the area.

Ade is an experience surveyor and will be visiting you at home when you report things like damp or mould, or if you report complex issues that our customer care team are unable to diagnose.

Mark looks after all the operatives delivering response repairs in your home. He will also spot check repairs to make sure they have been carried out correctly. He will keep track of customer satisfaction and will ensure that his team are working safely in your homes.

Rupert looks after our grounds maintenance teams ensuring all of our communal outside spaces are maintained.

Annie is the senior housing officer in the team. Our housing officers are here to help you have successful tenancies at Magna. They are available to support you and signpost you for anything related to your home.
