Community group funding
Are you a constituted community group in Dorset or Somerset, looking for project funding?
Separate to our community improvement fund, we are able to offer funding between £5,000 and £10,000 to community groups funding for projects which can demonstrably contribute to social value priorities including individual wellbeing, social mobility and planet and environment. To apply for this fund, your group needs to meet the following criteria. You must:
- be a constituted community group, charity or social enterprise with a management board of at least 3 unrelated members.
- have a bank account in the name of the organisation with at least two unrelated signatories.
- have an equal opportunities/diversity policy and safeguarding policy in place.
- be able to provide financial accounts or recent statements, and constitution/governance documents as part of the due diligence process.
