Hiding your browser history from an abuser

Clearing your internet browser history reduces the chances of someone finding out that you have reached out for help.

The safest way to ensure that your abuser does not find out who you have been in contact with is to use someone else’s device (phone, laptop, iPad).

If you do not have anyone who you can reach out to and trust, you may want to use a computer at your local library for example.
