What’s it about?
We’d like your help to continue to improve our services, so we can give all our customers an excellent customer experience.
We’re looking for people to be part of our scrutiny group to work with us to help check and challenge our work. This is a great opportunity to make our services better for all our customers, using your existing skills and knowledge.
You’ll learn some new skills and be a key part of helping us to move forward and if you’re looking for employment, a chance to add great experience to your CV.
You’ll be working as part of a team made up of customers and people from Magna, to bring your unique perspective to our work.
How can you help?
- Taking an in-depth look at how we can improve services
- Working with us to collect 'evidence' about how our services work and talk with other customers about their experiences with our services
- Use what you learn to recommend changes that will improve our services in the future to give a better customer experience
There are lots of ways you can get involved as part of the panel, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
You can give your views by:
- Emailing us
- Calling or texting us
- Using WhatsApp
- Using our Facebook customer group
- Attending virtual/face-to-face meetings (You'll be notified when and where these are taking place)
What do you need to get involved?
- Think of the wider picture and how things affect all customers
- Have time to attend virtual/face-to-face meetings when needed
- Have time to read documents, contact other customers for their views and put a final proposal for changes together
- You will need some IT knowledge, access to the internet and an email address.
