Shurton Lane

We have bought the site off of Shurton Lane which has outline planning consent for 27 new homes. We already have a strong presence in the village, so we are excited to be able to add more homes to the local community.

We're currently working on the details in preparation to submit a reserved matters application in Autumn 2023. Access permitting, these are likely to be Rollalong factory-built modern methods of construction homes, with all the benefits that come from them.

We held a public consultation on Wednesday 20 September, between 3pm and 7pm, at Stogursey Victory Hall, 32 Tower Hill, Stogursey, TA5 1PL. If you weren't able to attend the meeting, the consultation boards are available to view here: Consultation boards for Stogursey

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback at the meeting, and through the form we had on this page. The Council will also provide an opportunity to comment on the proposals once a formal Reserved Matters planning application is lodged.
