Maiden Newton is a charming village set in a beautiful natural landscape in Dorset, approximately 9 miles northwest of the county town of Dorchester. It offers a peaceful and picturesque setting with a strong community spirit and easy access to both local amenities and the wider attractions of Dorset.

At Webbers Piece, we'll have a variety of affordable housing:

• Nine homes available for rent, a range of two and three-bedroom homes including two two-bedroom bungalows.

• Five homes available to buy through shared ownership offering two and three bedrooms homes

Our homes are being built using modern methods in a factory to help to reduce our environmental impact. There is also an ecological belt of greenery being built around the edge for dormice and other wildlife. The homes will be low energy / energy efficient homes which will be more affordable to heat.
