Guest bedroom booking form
Terms and Conditions as a guest:
- I will make payment for the room before the hire period commences
- I will bring my own duvet cover, pillowcases and towels and toiletries
- I will read the fire notice and make myself aware of the Fire Assembly Point
- I will report any damage I have caused to the Sheltered Housing Advisor and will be responsible for payment/repair of the damaged item
- I will respect customers that live at the scheme and keep noise to a minimum
- I will leave the room in the same condition as I found it
- 72 hours cancellation notice is required otherwise payment is required
- Guests need to check out by 10.30am and new guest to check in at 4pm.
