You can change the date of your Direct Debit by sending us an email here with your details and letting us know the new Direct Debit date. We’ll arrange this for you once you've sent this information over.
If you're not sure what date your Direct Debit is currently set up for, you may be able to find this out yourself if your bank has online banking as you should be able to see it in your Direct Debits section.
