If you see pests within Magna communal areas, please contact us and we will arrange treatment.
If you see pests in your home (rats, mice, wasps nests etc), it's your responsibility to arrange and pay for the treatment, unless they are in the cavity walls of your home, in these cases we'll arrange the treatment. When treatment has been carried out by us, we can attend to fill any holes if necessary.
