We’re supporting the 16 Days of Activism campaign and believe that it’s important to make sure that the voices of women are heard across our organisation and that we support the safety and wellbeing of all our colleagues.
We’re proud to have an executive board made up of 60% women, a leadership team made up of 47% women, and a board made up of 50% women who champion women’s rights and have an input on the policies and changes that impact our colleagues the most.
Equal representation is important, and we have a robust equality, diversity, and inclusion policy which ensures that all our colleagues and customers are treated fairly. And, as part of our new #BetterFutures strategy, we want to look towards a future with an inclusive and inspiring culture at Magna.
Christine Boland, Head of Customer and Community Support at Magna, sits within our leadership team and is passionate about ensuring the safety of our customers and that they receive the support they need. She said:
“I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone in our community. Strong female leadership is crucial, not just for representation, but for driving effective and impactful change.
“During the 16 Days of Activism campaign, I am proud to stand with my colleagues to promote safety, wellbeing, empowerment and inclusion. Together we are committed to ensuring that the voices of women are heard and that we support the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and our colleagues. Working together, we strive to inspire a community where everyone feels valued and protected, and where every individual can thrive”
It’s exciting to have so many passionate and driven women leading the way within the organisation, and the hard work they do is invaluable to our colleagues and customers.
