We’d like to say a big congratulations to Silas Hellis for completing his two-year apprenticeship as a Property Maintenance Apprentice and joining us full-time.
Over his two years with us so far, Silas has been working alongside our experienced trades colleagues to learn new skills while studying to complete his Level 2 Property Maintenance Standard apprenticeship.
Silas said: “I couldn’t be happier with my apprenticeship experience and I’m looking forward to starting my permanent role and developing my career here at Magna.”
Silas had the opportunity to gain experience in different areas of our maintenance services team and discovered he enjoys installing UPVC doors and windows, and he’s now joined us full-time as a Window and Door Technician.
We’re proud to have dedicated and hard-working colleagues like Silas, and to be able to support them through their learning and development opportunities, to help them progress with their career.
We currently have apprentices working in a number of departments, studying for qualifications in subjects such as plumbing, electrical and IT.
