During National Apprenticeship Week some of our colleagues have attended careers fairs at Weymouth College and Yeovil College to chat to young people looking to make their first steps in their career and promote the opportunities available at Magna.
Michael Upton, Learning Experience Designer at Magna, said: “Attending the apprenticeship and careers events at both Weymouth and Yeovil College was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the future generation within the local area and also understand the wants and needs of the talented students at both colleges.”
We currently have apprentices of all ages working in a variety of roles at Magna, with committed mentors who support their training to help them achieve a nationally recognised qualification in their chosen career. We work with fantastic learning providers who are dedicated to delivering the best experience for our apprentices.
Michael continued: “Going along to these events gives us the opportunity to share the incredible career opportunities we can offer and encourage students to explore the variety of career paths available within the housing sector, as well as share some of our apprentices’ amazing success stories.”
