We’re committed to managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) in our local communities, and for ASB Awareness Week we want to shine a spotlight on the great work our community safety team have been doing to transform our ASB processes.

The theme for the campaign this year is #MakingCommunitiesSafer, and the team have been hard at work reviewing and updating our policies and procedures and ways of working since last year’s campaign, and many changes have now been implemented.

This work has helped to clarify the boundaries between teams, and reports of ASB will now be triaged and put into one of a few categories and assigned to the team best equipped to help support our customers and resolve issues before they escalate.

Lauren Tucker, Safer Communities Lead at Magna, said:

“We worked with Resolve to complete a review of our ways of working which informed many of the changes we’ve made to our policies and procedures.
“All of the work that we’ve done will improve the services that we provide to customers and ensure that concerns reach the right team to help them.”

We’re proud to have an experienced team who are dedicated to supporting our customers and ensuring they can continue to enjoy living in their homes. You can read our latest community safety policy here.
