How to sell my home

If you're a shared owner, you can sell your home at any time.

Once you've decided to sell, you need to contact our sales team as we have up to 8 weeks (depending on the terms of your lease) to find you a buyer. All you need to do is complete a form and provide us with an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) valuation and some photos of your home so we can start marketing.

Your home will be advertised on our website and on Share to Buy.

If we'e unable to find a buyer within the 8 weeks, you will then also be able to sell your home privately or through an estate agent.
