Internal pre-term transfers

If you already live in a Magna home and you’re moving to one of our other homes, you need to know about the pre-term transfer inspections.

We'll make an appointment for one of our surveyors to visit you at home to carry out an inspection and let you know if there is anything you need to do before a transfer can be offered. The lettings officer coordinating your move will call you after the inspection and discuss any works identified and the next steps.

If there are repairs that you don’t think you’ll be able to do, we will let you know how much these are going to cost for us to complete and you can pay for them before you move into your new home. If works are identified and not carried out this could delay an offer of a new home.
